The latest NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers 2009, reports that 90 percent of buyers used the Internet as an information source in their home search. This is up 30 percent during the past six years. And first time buyers were even more likely to use the Internet.

It is so important to have a strong online presence. Not just a website, but in the social media sites too.
